What to bring

To help your first visit go as smoothly as possible, please bring:

  • Your family doctor’s name and phone number, along with any specialists you see
  • Any recent dental X-rays from a previous dentist
  • A list of your medical conditions, allergies, and current medications
  • Your dental insurance card and policy information

Your first appointment

Your first visit is all about getting to know you and your oral health goals. We’ll discuss any questions or concerns you may have, complete a comprehensive dental examination, and take any necessary X-rays to better understand your dental health. Once your exam is complete, we’ll review our findings, explain any recommended treatment options, and answer your questions so you can make informed decisions about your care.

Complimentary consultations

If you’d like to learn more about a specific treatment, are looking for a second opinion, or are considering becoming a patient, we’re happy to help. We offer complimentary consultations so you can meet our team, discuss your concerns, and explore your options with confidence.

Payment & financing

We follow the Ontario Dental Association’s current fee guide to ensure fair and consistent pricing. Payment is due at the time of treatment, and we accept cash, cheque, e-transfer, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, and Mastercard. Financing options are also available for more extensive treatment. If you’d like to learn more, our team will be happy to discuss the available options with you.

Insurance & direct billing

We provide direct billing to authorized dental insurance providers whenever possible, helping make your visit as simple and convenient as possible. If your insurance company permits assignment of benefits, you’ll only be responsible for any remaining balance not covered by your plan.

We also accept Brock University and Niagara College student dental plans, as well as the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). If you have questions about your coverage, our team is always happy to help. .
